I'm writing this now, rather than a post that may help someone, it is my outlet, but sincere reasoned. And I think that someone (many) can share. I have enough experience on the University, not because they are a researcher, a teacher, a university union, but simply because they are a student, a beneficiary. Now there are more than five years that I attend Roma 3, and almost at the end of my studies specialist, I can draw conclusions. So how is the Italian university, especially that "humanity" (political science, education science, law, science, communication ...) not from a preparation enough to merge, with skill and arrogance on the world of work. The two-year specialization introduced by the reform of the 3 +2, not "specialized" much. We continue to study, to investigate, but there is a serious plan that can help students get the practical skills, practices, to enter successfully the world of work. For me, at the end of the biennium are now close to the degree or master, and I have not noticed a change with the previous three years. Must change the way we build these courses. It is possible that we have not thought to introduce practical simulations, courses that approach the construction of a profession, training on certain employment sectors, at least with regard to the most common types or areas of work (preparation of documents, records, work organization, work techniques, etc.). I realize now that, increasingly, students leaving the University must use the formula of the Master, to hope to get a real specialization and worthy to compete in the labor market. But the master and costs a lot (at least seven thousand euro) and here is the fact that those who can afford it is cut off. Still discrimination!
What I wonder then why the type of specialization is really likely to push young people into the labor market, can not be achieved within two years of the specialized Public universities? Because who does the reforms never take into account the views of those who are studying or at least do not see atraverso referendum procedure to the University? Even if the referendum computer problem is the cost. Because those who make the reforms has usually finished by the University, perhaps more than twenty years and in most cases sends them to his sons' private universities?
Why do not you turn a serious connection between companies and universities, and not that of AlmaLaurea joke that serves only to get home for publication of the Master?
