WHERE 'THE CULTURE FIUMICINO?
With great regret I must state that respect for the culture in this country is virtually nil. When I refer to the culture, I refer also to the enhancement of youth resources, training, not only from the point of view but the school's approach to life.

Fiumicino is open during the following hours. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 15.30 to 17.30. Embarrassing. How can a Head of Culture may not realize that a library is not a registry offices, and that students, many at Heathrow but probably ignored by the administration, In the morning they are at school or university, and afternoon, in the miserable two hours of access granted, would probably not even time to finish a chapter of book chosen. A library should be open at least up to 19:00, to give the possibility to those who work at least an hour to relax in cozy taverns. It should definitely be open on Saturday, especially if inserted into a green space so inviting at the weekend.
A library is not a supermarket, where you enter, click, and go out. The culture needs time and peace, but this should not be among the priorities for the Department. I regret and I am outraged that a structure so pleasant and appropriate in order to be wasted just because of lack of foresight and planning of who administers it.
E 'obvious lack of staff. The work they perform the few staff is appreciated for the effort involved, but not enough. If there are sufficient resources for the creation of internships, internships and volunteer work.
Another note that has saddened me greatly, and confirmed my theories is that not the slightest intention of really creating a cultural center worthy of the name. seems that in this town on issues concerning youth culture and everything is left to the individual, I noticed a diligent preparation and I offer my congratulations to the initiatives so far taken place in the Villa Guglielmi Fiumensi organized by the associations, but the program is not a common can only be based on the contribution of ideas and strengths of individuals.
Culture is the only real way to fight and solve the drift towards youth violence, including sexual violence, racism and drugs. Not enough just to punish but also to listen, ask the why of things and create the conditions for long period to make sure that this does not happen again.
In each meeting we talked about youth development and renewal. I was young are more realistic, the renewal must be first and then the ideas of the people.
